Pallets are heavy, so freight works differently to a standard parcel delivery. This shipping policy covers how your order gets from our partners to your door, what to expect on delivery day, and how to track it.
How Pallets Ship
Pallets ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight, direct to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Make sure someone’s available to receive the delivery because most carriers only offer kerbside drop-off, not delivery inside a building.
Liftgate Delivery
If you don’t have a forklift or loading dock, add liftgate service at checkout. The delivery truck lowers the pallet to ground level with a hydraulic platform, so you can unload it manually or with a pallet jack.
Delivery Timeframes
2-3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote addresses may take longer and can carry an additional freight surcharge, shown at checkout before you pay.
If You're Not Home
Carriers will usually attempt delivery on a scheduled day and may call ahead to confirm access. A missed delivery can mean a redelivery fee or the pallet being held at a local depot for pickup. So be sure to check your carrier’s notice for details specific to your delivery.
Inspecting Your Pallet on Arrival
Check the pallet for visible shipping damage before signing for delivery, and note any damage on the delivery docket if you spot it. Freight damage is separate from manifest variance — if your pallet arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can lodge a claim with the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll get carrier tracking details by email as soon as your pallet dispatches. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us with your order number.
