Quick Glossary

Manifest	The itemised list of what is actually in a pallet
Liquidation stock	Goods a retailer needs to move quickly, such as overstock, returns, or shelf pulls
Overstock	Unsold new inventory, typically unopened
Customer returns	Previously purchased items sent back, condition ranges from like new to damaged
Shelf pulls	Items the retailer pulled from sale, usually unused
